Pantry

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Zaphon AI LLC ("Pantry," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Pantry mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pantry. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Pantry does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

2. Account Registration and Access

An account is required to use Pantry. Users authenticate using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Pantry is a paid-only service offering monthly and annual subscriptions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal. No refunds are provided except where required by law.

4. Nature of the Services

Pantry uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to extract, organize, and present recipes and cooking-related information from publicly available third-party content. Pantry does not own the underlying third-party content and provides the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. AI-Extracted Content Disclaimer

AI-extracted content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contain errors. You are solely responsible for verifying all information before use.

6. Food Safety, Nutrition, and Medical Disclaimer

Pantry does not provide medical, nutritional, dietary, or allergy advice. While Pantry may attempt to identify allergens, you are fully responsible for verifying ingredients and ensuring food safety. Use of any recipe is at your own risk.

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You may not use bots or automation or use Pantry to train competing AI models. You may not interfere with system security or misuse the Services.

8. Suspension and Termination

Pantry may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, to protect the Services or enforce these Terms.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Pantry is not responsible for third-party platforms or content and does not control their availability or accuracy.

10. Intellectual Property

All Pantry software, branding, and interfaces are owned by Zaphon AI LLC and protected by law.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

12. Limitation of Liability

Pantry's total liability shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pantry harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services.

14. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive jury trials and class actions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

16. Changes to Terms

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

17. Privacy Policy

Personal data will be handled under a separate Privacy Policy to be published before launch.
